  • Food allergies are often an issue of gut health, and the kitchari protocol is a well-known antidote for healing. This protocol is also very easy to modify and adapt in any case.

  • Practice, not perfect. Every one will walk away with new awareness, and lasting insight about what is meaningful, useful, and necessary for their own growth. Trying on these practices for a few days is meant to shift your perspective. You can shift as much as you want.

  • The Vedas are a wisdom lineage, meaning teachings that are here to be KNOWN. The Goddesses can be useful to you at your level of comfort and are offered as tools for your practice, not a substitute for your current devotional practices.
