The Soul of Boundaries

Creating more connection to self and soul while Mothering.

The monotony of Motherhood can be so grueling.

Of course there's a kind of beauty to it, the simplicity and repetition can be soothing at times.

There's strength in a consistent rhythm.

I also sometimes feel like my soul is dying.

I’ve found that a sweet and effective remedy is to engage my body with no other agenda than feeling good. That could mean a walk outside, a dance break, masturbating, or laying on the floor and rolling around.

These deliberate moments of contact with my pleasure and desire, the act of diverting energy away from tasks and toward my sense of vitality, give me more of a sense of purpose and structure than focus on obligations and tasks.

It's easier to set boundaries when I know what those boundaries are in service of; what they're protecting.

Boundaries are connection to and protection of soul

In my upcoming course, The Soul of Boundaries we will explore the following:

  • The Body as a Boundary - establishing what’s "yours" and "not yours", what a YES and a NO feels like in your gut.

  • Emotional Processing - For when you're not getting your needs met, practicing the ability to pendulate both/and, maintain contact to what is good to resource yourself enough to go where it's uncomfortable.

  • Communication - Your voice is the frequency of truth. Communicating from your body will transform your life and relationships.

Learn to vibe from your YES in your Mothering.
