Swan dive

Swan Dive is a group coaching experience aligned with the seasonal junctures and corresponding energetic themes of Spring and Fall. Over the course of twelve weeks, participants are guided through somatic practices and Ayurvedic protocols which aim to create new neural pathways (beliefs and behaviors) around sexuality, creativity, self expression, and boundaries. Content is delivered through a combination of live and recorded sessions, allowing students to move at their own pace within the group container, prioritizing and digesting content that is most relevant to their healing.

What to expect:

Strengthen Your Individual Resolve

Develop Commitment

Establish Clarity

Be Seen & Supported

The aim of Swan Dive is to strengthen individual resolve, commitment, and clarity through group sharing and witnessing. Consent training around how and what to share is always offered, cultivated, and honored in this work. Nothing is mandatory. All participants receive individual coaching during live sessions as needed and requested.

This format is ideal for those seeking a healing community, accountability, and a more structured introduction to somatic sex education, Tantra, and Ayurveda. The group aspect of the work is a critical component, as it reinforces the universal truths while giving space to individual experience. As a society we have lost the sacred practice of gathering together to honor grief, ancestral healing, and rites of passage like sexual awakening, motherhood, loss, and aging. Swan Dive is a unique and powerful opportunity to be fully witnessed in your transformation, not as you were before the transformation began. As a participant you have the opportunity to SEE yourself in the gorgeous hearts mirrored back to you in the healing process.

SWAN DIve live! 2019

Swan Dive explores the physical and energetic significance of the womb in how women relate to their bodies, their pleasure, their healing and their creative drive. Each live session will explore the womb as it relates to (and is shaped by) beliefs we inherited about food, worth, power, trust and self-expression. In essence, this is an exploration of the relationship between WANTING, NEEDING and HAVING.

This course will run from Thursday, May 2 - June 27, and will be equal parts live webinar sessions and pre-recorded content to be digested on your own time. All live sessions happen on Thursdays from 7-9pm CST. Participation requires only one thing: commitment to participating. If you cannot attend live classes, you can participate through group Q+A in a private Facebook group / email. To hold space for the healing that will occur through this elemental excavation, full presence is mandatory. For this reason, I require 20min consult calls with all interested students.

“I AM PROUD TO BE A PART OF THIS GROUP WITH SO MANY WOMEN WHO ARE REACHING FOR THEMSELVES ACTIVELY AND FIERCELY. IT IS JUST SO IMPORTANT TO RECOGNIZE OUR VALUE AND NEVER GIVE UP.” - B
